We pride ourselves on a standard of care that is unsurpassed in the optometry industry. As a result, we are not able to accept all insurances. We have selected plans with similar perspectives on appropriate care: ​

  • Oxford        

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

  • Traditional Medicare

We do not participate with vision discount plans. However, routine eye care may be covered under some insurance policies. We will be happy to assist you in determining your eligibility.

Vision therapy evaluations are billed to medical insurance. There is no charge for a follow-up consultation with the doctor to review the results and treatment recommendations.

Out-of-Network

Rest assured that you can still obtain our professional services even if we do not participate with your insurance. However, we kindly ask for payment on the day of your exam. We will provide you with an invoice that contains the necessary information (e.g. diagnosis, exam codes) for submission to insurance for reimbursement.
